H-6 is one of Galičica National Park's easier and shorter hiking trails. It runs 5.7 km from Konjsko to above Elshani (1,469 m), climbing about 426 m and descending 39 m in the direction drawn, between 1,085 m and 1,507 m. In Macedonian: Коњско, Елшани.

About this line
The line is from the park's own trail map as archived in October 2020. It was drawn by hand on a map, not recorded on the ground, so expect it to be off by 20 to 50 m in places. Most of the park's trails are marked on the ground with paint blazes and numbered guideposts, but markings fade and paths get overgrown. Carry an offline map and turn back if the path disappears.
